Overview

This short unedited film largely documents travel through Cyprus and possibly Israel. There a many scenes of the countryside, castles and ruined buildings (possibly as a result of fighting during the second world war). One recognisable castle is the Saint Hilarion Castle lies on the Kyrenia mountain range, in Cyprus.

Saint Hilarion Castle was originally a monastery built in the 10th century before being converted to a castle as the position dominated the pass from Kyrenia to Nicosia.
