Overview
From the singularly talented Canadian director David Cronenberg comes this explosively gory and original sci-fi/horror hybrid. Cameron Vale (Stephen Lack) is a ‘scanner’, an individual with powerful extrasensory powers that enable him to hear the thoughts of others and even inflict physical harm on those he scans.
Picked up from the streets, Vale is sent out by the weapons company Consec, to hunt down Darryl Revok (Michael Ironside) a renegade scanner using his powers to ill ends.
