A love letter to nature, Ed Sayers' film is a celebration of life on land, in water and through the air. Known for running the popular filmmaking competition Straight 8, Ed Sayers has enjoyed a lifelong passion for Super 8mm film. After being struck by beautiful footage of flamingos captured on the format, he devised a globe-spanning documentary to celebrate the wildlife that surrounds us.

Super 8 cameras were despatched to collaborators across 25 countries, providing an exhilarating journey across land, air and beneath the water’s surface. This seamlessly edited meditation on the natural world, while acknowledging the threat that many species face, is a thing of marvel.
