Victorian modes of transport live on in 1960s Hereford as Doctor Cyril Francis visits his patients using his trusty pony and trap.
ATV Today reporter Lionel Hampden joins Dr Cyril Francis on his rounds in Hereford to show that he can get around quicker by horse power than in a car. Visitors to his surgery would have been familiar with the doctor's equine interests as a stuffed horse graced his surgery. Not one of the doctor's earlier modes of transport but a gift to his family from Queen Victoria.
