Drunken firemen and Martians invade the centre of Nottingham for the annual student rag, leading to mass flour fight

It's not big, it's not clever, but it looks a whole lot of fun as these Nottingham students discover flour power. The annual student rag raised money for local hospitals, and the costume parade was a draw for local crowds as well as the newsreel camera. The cinema seat was certainly a safer distance to view the mass flour and egg fight that seems to have broken out on this occasion.
