Overview
Peter Brown reports from Lyonshall where plans to close one of the two pubs is the talk of the village. The landlord of the Maidenhead, which is set for the chop, talks ominously about 'family feelings' predicting that his locals won't want to go to the nearby Royal George. One woman complains about too many teenagers in the George but when Brown drops by it appears empty compared wirth the Maidenhead, which at least boasts a beer drinking dog.
