Overview

A love letter to London’s local government, exploring roles and responsibilities and carefully explaining how the borough councils were formed and where their duties differ and overlap from the GLC. It’s also a tale of those Londoners that work for local governments, from teachers to sewer workers, and includes scenes from just about every corner of London, showing town halls, schools, housing, parks, hospitals and much else. Made for the London Boroughs Association.
