Amateur colour film, by Sir Clarmont Skrine, (Counsellor for Indian Affairs in Teheran 1946 to 1948) showing personal and professional events through this time.
The film depicts political relations celebrated through parades and set piece events. Athletes and soldiers parade, there are displays of horsemanship, a game of rugby and sections dedicated to an American TWA airplane and British Hurricane fighters. Anthony Eden is shown arriving by plane and is greeted at the airfield. A visit is made by plane to oilfields in the south of Iran.
