Overview
A fishy story is at the heart of this TV advert for a humble pie. An old salty sea dog misses his life on the ocean waves, but his missus fills the void with the aid of processed convenience food. The industrialised production of the ready meal is obscured by the domestic scenes at home and at sea. The faces, places and production skilfully craft a message as concisely packaged and artificial as the product itself. One of hundreds of adverts directed by Ridley Scott.
