The British Egg Marketing Board worked with PR firm Ogilvy and Mather to produce a long-running series of commercials extolling the health benefits of eggs for breakfast. Avis Bunnage was a member of Joan Littlewood’s Theatre Workshop and this commercial was part of a campaign called Sheila and Eggs, featuring the actress and directed by Littlewood herself.
