Overview
This pet-food advert features a child using toy blocks to visually spell out CDF - Chicken Dog Food, accompanied by a sonorous and authoritative voice on the soundtrack. All the while a puppy is sniffing around a labelled can. It then dashes off to a bowl chock full of CDF and wolfs it down. The final packshot shows the price of cans of CDF - in pre-decimalisation currency.
The Shippam company seems to have diversified into pet food products like CDF around 1964.
