This wild and sleazy satire from Beth B follows a young woman who hooks up with a televangelist to become a heavy-metal Christian rock star.

Beth B followed her punk, Cinema of Transgression early works with Salvation!, a darky comedic attack on the hypocrisy of Christian televangelism and the intertwining machinations of big business and the mass media. It features music from Cabaret Voltaire and New Order, plus one of Viggo Mortensen’s earliest film performances (he met his first wife Exene Cervenka on set).
