Nightbirds

Dark drama about the doomed relationship of two down-and-outers living in the squalid East End of London in the early 1970s.

While living rough on the streets of London’s East End, a young man, Dink encounters the beautiful Dee. Seemingly concerned for Dinks welfare, she invites him to stay with her and the pair soon develop a relationship which oscillates between sexual intimacy and raging jealousy. As tenderness gives way to cruelty, their relationship becomes consumed by darkness.
