Overview
French tennis star Suzanne Lenglen pitches up at Willesden Park Tennis Club for some exhibition play. She has recently won her fourth consecutive Wimbledon singles title and an adoring and excited crowd are awaiting her, keen to marvel at her winning style and maybe get her autograph. She's then whisked off to the Stoll Studios for a more in-depth look at her technique through the use of slow motion photography, all overseen by her father.
Not only did she win her fourth singles title in 1922, she also took the Triple Crown - that is, the singles, doubles and mixed doubles titles. She had already achieved this feat in 1920 and would do so again in 1925.
