Belgrave Terrace: a small cul-de-sac off Soho Road at Handsworth in Birmingham. It typifies the process of renewal that is going on in all Britain's towns and cities. One side of the street, the 'posh' side, has been renovated: with bathrooms and all mod cons, while the other side is coming down. How do the tenants feel?
