Overview

Following the accidental death of her addict mum in a car accident, reserved 17-year-old Ida (Sandra Kampp) is sent to live with her aunt (Sidse Babette Knudsen) and her grown sons. Ida’s new home is filled with love, but she soon learns her new family leads a criminal life running a loan shark business practicing in violent threats to debtors. When an unforeseen murder puts pressure on the family and their loyalty to each other, tension builds as love and violence become impossible to separate.
