Lover Kisses Husband

A husband catches his wife with another man and takes his revenge

The old comic staple of the philandering couple is the heart of this characteristically broad comedy from the Yorkshire-based Bamforth company. When a husband spies his wife in a clinch with a rival, she smartly exits the scene. Her lover, however, his not so sharp, and gets a soaking for his pains. The crude set - especially a very mobile water pump - doesn't detract from the comedy.
