The charming comedy has handsome filmmaker Charles Goodwin Norton taking the part of the postman himself. The film is an elaboration of the Lumiere Brothers' early classic L'Arroseur aroseé, or The Biter Bit sketch, in which a postman flirting with a nursemaid is soaked by two gardener's lads.
