A pantomime kitchen scene

It's a windy day down at the open air film stage as an amorous policeman, a maid, and a cook play out a pantomime kitchen scene. It's a bit of mystery what's going on in this mistitled comedy scene. There's certainly a policeman - seen kissing a maid while being served dinner by a cook, who is played by a man in drag like a pantomime dame. Another man with a bugle arrives and he and a boy tuck into the food dished out by the cook while she is distracted by the amorous couple.
