Overview
Ad agency Foote, Cone and Belding invented this half-hour of television to persuade clients to buy advertising slots on the new ITV network. They even made fake adverts, one featuring Dennis Price impersonating Noël Coward. There are also glimpses of the sort of drama anticipated for ITV, with mocked-up mini-episodes of mystery series ‘Strange Experiences’, starring a young Peter Sallis.
