Faith Healer
Does Danny Gallagher really have healing hands?
From the collection of:
Overview
Chris Tarrant is the only sceptic in the room for this visit by Irish faith healer Danny Gallagher to Erdington in 1976. Rather than pouring scorn on Gallagher's attempts to make blind people see, deaf people hear and wheelchair users walk he goes along with the mood. The psychological benefits and group euphoria are one thing, but can this young man, whose 'gift' came to him in a dream, really reverse the effects of cancer?
