Overview
The Fort Dunlop tyre factory at Birmingham plays host to Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, in this short film, produced by the Dunlop Technical Film Unit. Locals and workers turn out in numbers, braving thick fog on a cold November day. But the sun shows little signs of appearing, despite the narrator's protestations to the contrary.
