Overview

Mabel Poulton and Donald Calthrop may have faded into obscurity but in 1930 they were popular stars of the silver screen. Here, with three other actors, they re-enact scenes from famous films to promote popular magazine Film Weekly. Poulton does Mary Pickford and Vanda Gréville does Garbo but Calthrop triumphs with his impersonation of George Arliss playing Disraeli.
