Overview
In this promotional film for Bowater Packaging Ltd, the company launches a pilot scheme trialling the use of specially designed paper sacks for household rubbish. A new estate in the Cheshire town of Ellesmere Port provides the perfect testing ground, and at the end of the study, householders and dustmen alike seem satisfied, voicing favourable opinions on this new form of rubbish collection.
