Overview
A typical 1970s summer picnic complete with folding metal camping chairs is captured in this brief home movie snapshot as the Poolman family pay a visit to Richmond Park, a popular rural destination for Londoners. The group must be keen amateur filmmakers as a second cine camera is briefly seen filming the languid scenes as the family relax in the largest of the capital’s eight Royal Parks.
