        Overview

To honour the British and Commonwealth and allied men and women who gave service during the two World Wars, in particular remembering the casualties, including the filmmaker's own father and brother-in-law who both lost their lives serving in World War One, amateur filmmaker Herbert Gregory reflects, capturing on film the monuments, statues, and places of remembrance in a number of European towns and cities in addition to the American Military Cemetery in Cambridge.
