Overview
This lovely amateur footage captures Nottinghamshire taking on Derbyshire and Hampshire respectively at Trent Bridge in the 1932 County Championships. The camera angle is too narrow to see much of the outfield but instead we get a splendid view of the pitch and close fielders, capturing the bowling of Nottinghamshire's Harold Larwood and Bill Voce (both of Bodyline fame) and Arthur Staples. The solid batting and ruthless bowling by Notts made short work of both opponents.
