Guides gathered in Pembroke demonstrate their many and varied skills for The Princess Royal e.g. sewing, semaphore, singing and dancing, First Aid, fires and erecting tents.
A special welcome at Pembroke Castle has been arranged for H.R.H. Mary, The Princess Royal and Honorary President of the Girl Guides Association, a position she held from 1920 until her death in 1965. The Guides show her how proficient they are at sewing, semaphore, singing and dancing, washing clothes, laying fires, First Aid and erecting tents.
