After a stormy night the citizens of Pontypridd and area rise to find that their landscape has been utterly changed by uncontrollable amounts of water.
The damage, the debris and the landscape changes effected by the power of uncontrollable amounts of water are recorded by Evan Morgan, an amateur film-maker from Pontypridd and member of Cardiff Cine Society. The River Taff and the River Rhondda have both burst their banks and across the area streets are now rivers and bridges have collapsed. A boy sails a toy boat in the large pond that has appeared in a street. NB: The soundtrack comprises intermittent music.
