Local well-wishers and press and TV greet the Duke of Edinburgh on his visit to the University of Salford. On the campus, students stage a good-natured demonstration about lack of representation on the University Senate, and Prince Philip, the University's first Chancellor, chats briefly to the protesters before continuing his itinerary.
