Overview
This student-made documentary looks at a piece of industrial heritage - the gasometer in the town of Northwich. By shooting the prominent local landmark from different angles and locations, the film also provides a pictorial record of the Cheshire town.
This is one of a collection of 16mm films shot in the 1960s and 70s by the Film Unit at Sir John Deane's College in Northwich in Cheshire. The Unit filmed the redevelopment of the town centre, as well as school activities, events, and drama productions.
