Overview
A charming film promoting Kidwelly Castle as a visitor attraction. The castle’s stonemason is seen at work and his comments are voiced-over. He refers to the local heroine, Gwenllian, who led an army against marauding Normans whilst her husband and father were otherwise engaged. Today, children play where she and her two sons met their fate, as the words of the folk song heard indicate.
