Overview
Dutch director Jan Kounen’s ferocious debut feature stars Vincent Cassel as a gun-loving bank robber and Monica Bellucci as his partner-in-crime. Pulling off a string of violent heists alongside their gang, they face their biggest threat yet when a sadistic and dogged cop resolves to track them down using any means necessary.
Featuring Roman Duris (The New Girlfriend) in one of his earliest roles, Gaspar Noé (director, Climax) also has a brief appearance in the film as a bystander witnessing a shocking assault. His involvement here no doubt helped to inspire the casting of Cassel and Bellucci as lovers in his 2002 crime thriller Irreversible.
