Fellini’s kaleidoscopic, often sharply satirical narratives draw freely from his own personal obsessions, fantasies and memories, and have gone on to influence several generations of directors including David Lynch, Pedro Almodóvar, Sofia Coppola and Paolo Sorrentino.
