Overview
Two Victorian-era tots rile each other up - or to be more accurate, the one on the right of the screen upsets the one on the left. The camera implacably witnesses these episodes of aggression and distress, making for rather uncomfortable viewing. The film nicks its concept from a French Lumière production, but who made it, and even which country it was made in, is presently unknown.
