A bit of publicity for a Welsh film pioneer
William Haggar, pioneer of Welsh film, appears holding placard advertising Haggar's Bioscope Camera as workers file out of an unidentified works. Haggar (1851-1925), was a travelling showman and film pioneer based in Wales from the 1880s onwards. He is seen here with several other men who can be seen in other footage he shot. They may be members of his family who toured with him. But where was this footage shot?
