        Overview

Post-war life at the Halliwick Girls School sees the students whisked off by 'Uncles' of Southgate's Rotary Club. The day might have been tinged with Déjà vu for the girls, who would have only just returned from Devon, where they were evacuated during the war. The Halliwick Girls School was also where a swimming therapy called the Halliwick Concept, still used today, was developed.
