You may not have a rich Aunt Agatha, or have "expectations" of her. You may not have bought her a fancy pincushion to help maintain those expectations. But perhaps, like the unfortunate nephew in this film, your best laid Xmas plans have been distracted by an abundance of pre-holiday cheer? This economically produced cinema ad offers a moral tale with its tongue delightfully rooted in its cheek.
This government film is a public record, preserved and presented by the BFI National Archive on behalf of The National Archives, home to more than 1,000 years of British history.
