Overview
After silent views of Wellingborough town centre Leslie Dunn talks to Howard Deighton from the local council about a proposal to move 10,000 'overspill' people from London to the town. It's eight miles from Northampton so he thinks the lack of any facilities is not a problem. A view that is generally not shared by the town's people interviewed by Dunn later in the news item.
