Overview
Fascinating footage of the Sydney S. Bird & Sons factory in Enfield, which was a major producer of walkie-talkies, capacitors and condensers. The clip features close-ups of the spinning machinery in operation and hard-working employees on the factory floor. In the final shot, the camera pans across the facade of a modern-looking building, revealing the exterior views of the site on Great Cambridge Road.
