Overview
Reginald G Iles, a founder member of The South Wales and Monmouthshire Agricultural and Horse Shows Association and its official film-maker, creates a record of August shows – agricultural/horticultural and horse - using black and white and colour. Felinfoel kicks off the month and, owing to 1½ inches of rain, is a wash-out but are the organisers and attendees “downhearted”? No! The weather improves for the shows at Llandeilo and Whitchurch.
