"Wherever there's a large gathering of students there's always a lack of principles," promises smooth-tongued narrator McDonald Hobley in this round-up of Sheffield's annual charity revelries. It's a lively day's events, from the parade's tattily decorous floats and costumes to the shambolic fun of the boat race.
