Sponsored by the City Council, this absorbing promotional film borrows the techniques of documentary television - very effectively - to tell the story of how one of Europe's most polluted industrial cities became its cleanest. The film contains excellent views of Sheffield, including parts of the city later changed beyond recognition by regeneration.
