Overview
A group of men and women motorcyclists in Carshalton enjoy a ride for the Topical Budgets to prove the safety of pillion riding. They motorcyclists are shown departing through crowds after demonstrating the best methods of sitting on pillions. They splash through muddy puddles before a caption introduces the smiling “survivors”.
