Overview

Blackrod pupils star in their own film as Mr Berry, head teacher at the County Secondary School, records them getting hands-on experience of different trades in this history of local industry. We also see a selection of community and leisure activities including beekeeping and playing cricket. This was one of a series of films made as part of the school's 'Learning through Experiencing' concept.

The preservation of this film was funded by a grant from the National Heritage Memorial Fund.
