Overview
The Old Bailey – also known as the Central Criminal Court – was damaged by German action during the Blitz and this film shows its eventual reopening 11 years later. There are good shots of the interior of the building, as well as of the Lord Mayor who conducts the ceremonial unveiling of a new plaque.
