Overview
This unique film compilation shows Ambassador Kennedy and his entourage at the unveiling of a memorial window in Winchester Cathedral, which is followed by the official opening of the city's new Fire Station by the Lord Mayor. Next we see a delicate operation to install large bells into the Cathedral’s belfry before a colour sequence showing the people of Winchester celebrating the Coronation of George VI. We end with a Loyal Address being read by the Mayor.
