With petrol prices up and pollution levels rising, is it time to leave the car in the garage, forget the bus and instead rely on a different type of horse-power?

ATV Today reporter Tony Maycock doesn't appear to be taking the suggestion of riding to work by horse very seriously. Perhaps the fact that he's trying to get into the centre of Birmingham on a damp February day amongst the bemused pedestrians and potentially angry motorists is not helping. It does give him a chance to do battle with one of the city's then much derided parking meters and traffic wardens.
