Overview

In this bizarre animation from 1961, our hero, George, cycles through the lanes of Sussex on his way to Brighton. En route, via Clayton railway tunnel, George gets a double puncture, has lots of drinks thanks to the Guinness toucan, snoozes in Preston Park and arrives in Brighton hoping to get into The Dome. Once inside George causes mayhem on stage, meets a CND campaigner and gets the freedom of the town and a stick of Brighton rock from the Mayor.
