Overview

One of several of films released after the Blitz, which focus on Britain’s Allies during the Second World War. As the threat of invasion to Britain’s shores began to diminish, film propaganda started to pay more attention to people of other nations that opposed Nazi Germany. A perspective which, it was suggested, might help to highlight the contrast between Nazism and free people everywhere.
